Why do people online make death threats against liberals but not in real life?

online I have had my life threatened so many times for being democrat and liberal and yet these same trolls who issue death threats probably don't say them out loud in real life. I wonder would conservatives be so bold if liberals were to give them the same visceral hatred and death threats they give to liberals on a daily basis.

I have yet to hear a single threat against a liberal that was not prefaced by a threat by said liberal.

Also, conservatives aren't the ones that burned down cars, businesses, beat cripples to death, and terrorized and seized control of an entire city block purely by violence.
