Can anyone give me an example of trans sexualism or more than 2 genders in nature in mammals, excluding humans?

Porbably not,

simply because we don't understand animals well enough to know when they feel transsexual. And they don't have the science to alter sex (surgery, hormones,...)

and because we don't understand animal society well enough to even know how they define gender, maybe they live in a genderless society, maybe they have thousand of genders but we will never know.

There are however animals who change their sex or have two sexes, like snails or shells... obvioulsy not mammals but this shows our understanding of sex and gender can't be so easily transfered to others, and its not black and white.

It is black and white with mammals. Our genetics determine our sex and gender not psychology.

Genetics determin our sex, however that doesn't mean you can't be transexual.

Gender is a social construct and thusly varries depending on the society.

Physarum polycephalum has over seven hundred sexes and throated sparrows have four. If you limit it to mammals- rather an arbitrary distinction- then yes, you're limited to two; that's how we evolved. The platypus has ten sex chromosomes to everyone else's two, but still just two sexes.
