Absolutely true. Men work themselves to death performing the herculean task of keeping modern infrastructure running. I have never ever seen a woman who was as capable of performing those tasks as the average man. Women have their own world that they necessarily excel at, but it isn't keeping society running.

Absolutely. Virtually every role the is critical to keeping modern society functioning is filled by men. Even removing procreation from the equation, without men, not only would society grind to a halt, women and children would all perish before long.

If we ignore the reproductive role that men partake in then no, the world would function just the same if women were to take over the roles that men has in society.

For example, a prime minister does not look what is between their legs when they consider how to respond to an economic crisis or a hostile power. People respond according to what the situation requires and since the situation is identical the decisions will be only as different as random chance would allow it to deviate.
