We really should be fracking, this policy could be pushed forward so that there's no choice to frack because we've sold or strategic reserves or to just raise the price of oil globally. There is wheels within wheels with government. The government rarely makes mistakes, when shit seems like its going wrong it's really going to plan. For instance the last global recession/housing bubble burst/credit crisis, that was by design and what happened the taxpayer bailed out the banks while losing their jobs and houses and businesses taken from them by the banks in a crisis the banks created. If you ever want to know what and why some major disaster happened you look at who made money out of it.
