Is the Biden Administration seriously sending most of the US's oil reserves to China and India, despite sky-high gas prices in the US?

Is the Biden Administration legitimately sending the reserve oil to the country that wants to destroy the United States, China? As well as India? Is this seriously happening, or am I just missing the bigger picture, here?

I mean, I figured long ago, that the Biden Administration is only in the White House to intentionally, legitimately destroy America (as in, not hyperbole; literally ruin America as much as possible, including dethroning it as a Superpower). And everyone in the Biden Administration is a CCP/WEF shill who also despises the country. And everyone who still supports Biden is legitimately too stupid/dangerous to deserve voting rights, let alone be allowed to breed.

I mean, this is not even being subtle, anymore. How can ANYONE still think the Biden Administration isn't intentionally destroying America, at this point? I mean, the comments will come flying in anyway, though.

I'm MCheetah, but I'm only posting this so the insane Progressives and male feminists I've blocked on here can also explain this insanity. Or more so, spin it. The Biden Administration bankrupts America by overspending, intentionally keeps Americans out of work while doing it, refuses to continue the pipelines, and now, is giving away oil to China and India. This is hard to even wrap my brain around. The Biden Administration is basically committing treason everyday in open sight.

And retards want to talk about "January 6th" and Donald Trump, as if anyone gives a sh't about that!
