Is the Biden Administration legitimately sending the reserve oil to the country that wants to destroy the United States, China? As well as India? Is this seriously happening, or am I just missing the bigger picture, here?

I mean, I figured long ago, that the Biden Administration is only in the White House to intentionally, legitimately destroy America (as in, not hyperbole; literally ruin America as much as possible, including dethroning it as a Superpower). Oil gets turned into gas. That's where gas comes from. And right now the US is at full production capacity and cannot process more oil than it is currently. So the US is sitting on a bunch of very expensive and valuable oil that we can't use, which is in demand. We. can either send our extra oil to our allies or we can let Russia sell theirs.

How does it make sense to sell it overseas, though? Gas prices are still really high in the US right now, and reserve oil is mostly for the military and emergencies.

Also, why TF is the Biden administration selling to China, America's biggest enemy and threat right now? The country that started COVID, and lied about it, and denied other countries access to medical supplies during it, and has openly declared to destroy the US countless times?
