Colonel Sanders became a success in his 50's. It's never over and you're a failure until you've quit.
Thomas Edison failed 1000 times at trying to invent the light bulb. And when he finally did it a reporter asked him how it felt to fail 1000 times. And Edison replied, "I didn't fail, inventing the light bulb just took 1000 steps".
Look at your successes, duplicate them and try to take it further each time. Shrug off your failures. They're not failures they're reasearch to success.

You shouldn't at any age. Humans were designed for failure. We are meant to make mistakes and hopefully learn from them. You acknowledging failure doesn't do anything, so what's the point in dwelling on it. Don't be so hard on yourself and just keep trying.

30 echoing @Paris13 . If your life is still totally out of whack by that point and you can't take care of yourself properly let alone others, you've messed up something and it's not going to be easy to fix.
When you are dying. Before then, there is always time to turn your life around. But it is important to recognize that it needs to be turned around, and to make a plan to do it.

Agreed with a few other sentiments here. By 30, you should have some sort of balance in your like. However, there is always time to turn your life around, so you're never a failure.
