Why don’t White people go to jail for committing the same crimes Black people commit?

If a Black person is a pedophile, or rapist. He’s going to jail. If a White person a pedophile, or rapist. He’s not going to jail. White people has victimized a lot of people throughout history, and today. How come most of them aren’t in jail compared to Black people?

Because the justice system is VERY racial biased. For all the strides we've made in equality over the years. This has not extended to the justice system yet. I don't think anyone who look at the figures impartially can even debate this. I come from a VERY white state. 95% white to be exact. Yet our prison population is almost 50% minority. C'mon man! You're going to tell me 50% of minorities are just committed to committing serious felonies in my state? It's just ridiculous.
