Hey, I just found out we're not wearing Dodgers anything anymore😳Mom even suggested I burn my Dodger gear. I wore a Dodger shirt without rethinking about the controversial thing they did which was invite the drag queens that made fun of Catholic nuns (which I know is an awful thing to do). My mom and aunt were just talking to me about it, so obviously I didn't start the topic. We talked about this in a very civil manner, but basically it was about how Jesus was being mocked and I explained how the Dodgers originally uninvited them but basically today's society is almost exactly like 2000 years ago, instead of the LGBTQIA2S+ community (that didn't exist back then) it was the Romans that crucified Jesus. Mom made a point that to mock her Lord is even more offensive than to mock even her own sons (me and Arthur), and unfortunately they took religion out of 99% of everything. It's disgusting.

It's follow the money or go bankrupt, according to the wokest of woke. Even my therapist agreed the Dodgers shouldn't invite Jesus mockers to their stadium in a city majority Catholic before they did.

Faith aside, I heard the same drag queens were also going to striptease for a whole general audience (including the kids) to see. If true, that is just as disgusting. In any other society, that would be considered public indecency.

My mom is aware that there are pedophiles using religion but they really aren't Christians, but wolves in sheep's clothing.

Good fuck where the fuck are you hearing Queens are stripping for children - the mother who would throw you under the bus for wearing "the wrong" jersey?

Do you know how compliated their outfits are? They are NOT stripping during a reading hour at a library. And if parents bring their children to an 18 drag queen show, that's on the parents (then again, Catholic parents will bring their kids to church where actual pedophiles preach at them).

Your mother is offensive. If you wanna wear a Dodgers jersey, wear your jersey.

It isn't like you, as a fan, can control their brand or actions. Ngl, mocking Catholic nuns is hilarious and I say this as an ex-Catholic with family who are nuns. Hell, even the nuns mock themselves on occasion.

To people of faith, I can see how that type of mockery could be quite offensive. As a private organization, the Dodgers can put on whatever type of event they want, but it's not very smart of them. I'm sure there are many fans and even players that are part of the very faith they are mocking. I guess inclusiveness and all that doesn't consider the feelings of all involved, just the chosen groups of the moment. I'm sure there will be some sort of financial consequences for them, reduced ticket and merch sales at least.

For the sake of the equality the LGBT community and black people claims to want, I don't find mocking Jesus and nuns any less worse than mocking black people. I'm not a betting man, but I think the people who would find mocking the nuns are likely to howl "bigot" if the crossdressers were mocked instead.

I agree them stripping would be disgusting.

I don't think your mother should mock you either.
