Islam is for the household as well as working of institutions and territories/states as well. Yes, there are trials and corruption because of hypocrites being the rulers and governors of the so called Muslim countries or Islamic countries but ideal way is the word of God. If you're a Muslim and have read Qur'an properly, you can tell it tells you to establish justice and God's command over the people. Not sure about other religions but Islam is for households, Islam is for the state, Islam is for the people. It's not any other social order created by a mere human. It's the way God wants us to be.
