This place has literally chosen to legalize everything drug related. This is leftism running wild. The police do nothing to help the citizens. Thank god i live in a place where law and order is supreme.

Not in the slightest. Every Oregonian I met in the army permanently moved to a different state when they finished their contracts, and my extended family that still lives there are exclusively the hippy dippy government mooches that originally came from California. Even the one who has major allergy problems with common molds and plants up there won't leave because of the programs (and probably the drugs too).

The communists really did a number on that place. Last time I was in Portland (a long time ago) I spent a week there and I only ran into three beggars (2 women and 1 man) the entire time. All were relatively friendly. The city for the most part was immaculate and there wasn’t any visible homelessness or drug trade. The streets were very safe after dark. Now you have deranged mad men chasing people down the street with knives in broad day light...
