This is just one in an increasing number of sexual assaults by transgender "women" on actual born as women.

What these transgender "women" really are are sexual predators - rapists & pedophiles and nothing else - claiming to be women to gain access to female only shelters, female only jails, female only pools, etc.

Rape and sexual assault by transgender "women" in this cases has become such an increasing problem that a number of American jails absolutely forbid a transgender "woman" in a female only section if "her" dick is still attached.

Getting used to a lie is not a good way of living life. Being on the losing side also doesn't mean being wrong about something.
If she gives up, as you say, the result will not be that this never affects her. Instead, as pronouns become commonplace, as her children will be taught these ideas at school, in other words, as society changes in more than one way, she will be effected.
Already, it indirectly is affecting a quite large proportion of the population, whether even by just having people sign off using pronouns on emails.
It is already a possibility that it would directly effect her, such as going into a women's washroom and seeing man inside.
But as time goes on and society, as you say, accepts this, this will affect her increasingly more. So she doesn't support them and giving up will not mean this question disappears from her life, therefore the only logical outcome is for her to continue as she is. This is in her self-interest. Unless LGBTQ can change what is in people's self-interest, there is absolutely no change those against these societal changes will either give up or switch sides to supporting.

The solution to reducing the incidence of men pretending/claiming to be women (ie: transgender) raping women in female-only areas is to not allow biological men, no matter what they claim, to be in female-only areas.
This would inherently restrict the ability of male pedophiles & rapists from accessing women in places they are vulnerable.
