Short answer to that statement is no. None of those words even come close.

Is there some substance buried in there? Yes, but it's not presented very well.

It all comes down to framing, historical context, and how they are used. Referring to black people in general as lazy, threatening, angry, dangerous, etc. Absolutely can be racist. Because it's playing into stereotypes perpetuated about them since 1619.

That doesn't mean that a black person can't be any of those things. So is there a cut and dry way to determine "that's ok" or "that's not ok"? No. Because people will always find work arounds.

Saying that in a fight Mike Tyson is as dangerous as Jackie Chan is not racist. In fact, given Mike Tyson's history, I'd argue that saying being alone in a room with him is dangerous. Because context matters. He's not dangerous because he's black, he's dangerous because he's a champion fighter with a rape conviction.
