SINCE THE WORD CAN BE SO DIVISIVE & PEOPLE CAN'T SEEM TO MAKE UP THEIR MIND ON WHETHER OR NOT IT'S A COMPLIMENT OR AN INSULT RELATIVE TO THE CONTEXT, I DON'T THINK IT SHOULD BE SAID AT ALL. ESPECIALLY IF IT'S GONNA BE OFF LIMITS TO SOME PEOPLE SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THEIR SKIN TONE. I'M A BLACK GUY BY THE WAY.
