any topic that can potentially paint women in a bad light is taboo and must not be discussed

then comes the strawman argument of "blaming all women" without actually addressing the issue itself

nobody is saying a specific woman or all women engage in paternity fraud but criminals have a tendency to get upset and defensive whenever the crimes they committed are brought up

if you ain't guilty, then you have nothing to worry about

funnily enough, white liberal women have no issue admitting their white privilege and feeling white guilt for being white but insist they don't benefit from female privilege

Probably because they can make more money lying? In one case a rich guy had 3 sons with his wife. He was rich.. she divorced him and got millions in the divorce. Then he found out non of the sons were his so he sued. Only got $480kish back. https://www.usatoday.com/story/life/allthemoms/2019/01/07/dad-learns-3-sons-cant-his-mom-ordered-pay-him-400-000/2497853002/

But even for non-rich guys.. raising a kid cost a significant amount of money. A woman wouldn't want to have to pay it back.

I don't think in my entire life, anyone has asked me about paternity fraud. I'm not sure when and where this conversation would even come up unless you personally are dealing with this issue or know someone who is. It clearly exists, but so too do paternity tests.

Accountability and self responsibility I guess. In France paternity tests are banned. In most states in America you have to continue paying child support even if you've dna proof the child isn't yours.

That needs to change, in both the US and France.

Not a good law. Should be able to get a test within 1 year of birth or if the man & woman aren't together.

@hahahmm Paternity testing should be mandatory at birth.

@KrakenAttackin Yeah. But if we could get that change I would go for 100% family law cultural rollback to when there was no forced alimony, no giving child custody to someone who can't afford to raise a child, no child support or loss of money/assets in divorce. Women would think a lot harder before getting knocked up by the wrong dude!

@hahahmm Exactly right. The law treats women like children who are incapable of making good decisions so everyone around them has to support these petulant children financially and socially.

The best solution at this point is to put the death penalty on all unfair things women do. Whether that is paternity fraud, false accusations, lying about a gender pay gap, etc. They will never be fair so the death penalty is deserved.

Probably because they would have to face the truth that nearly 25% of children these men are raising are not theirs and it's because of something that is 100 % the fault of women.. Not men.

It is a way for women to make free money (along with child support and alimoney and divorce) and they do not want to admit it exists or have it disrupted.

^^ Exactly this as I see it. There are few benefits to seek out paternity fraud for a mother.

I've never heard of that before, although I can understand how that could happen.

It's deeper than that, women seem to believe they have the right to commit paternity fraud.
