I think most people that transition are often mentally ill. I also believe that some humans are born feeling like the opposite gender without it being mental illness.

No, it's not. Mental illness. What is mental illness and perhaps what you meant to mention is gender dysphoria. Transgender is often the cure for gender dysphoria.
