Aren't we already. Thing is the US government gives them loans to buy weapons and the US sells weapons the US military is replacing anyway. Then US Companies rebuild Ukraine paid for by Ukraine and the EU and somehow the US Taxpayer gets stiffed when big companies make money.

The White House decides the dollar amount to send to Ukraine so citizens don't need to do that.

In Muslim societies we have this Zakat or donations concept which makes it that people give away at least 2.5% of there unused wealth every year if it goes above a certainly value.
