Some do, but not all women do. There are a lot of capable, intelligent and hardworking women who got their jobs based on their skills and experience. Sleeping your way into employment only works in some particular situations, but for most people it is absolutely irrelevant. A person who got their job solely based on their sexual appeal is unlikely to be successful in the long run.
