Men can only speculate about how women feel.
A woman - if she is candid and receptive to having the discussion - can actually tell you how she feels. Until I have that conversation with her, I make no pretense of understanding how she feels.
I’ve heard both, but I personally think harassment is worse. Being ignored is a pretty subjective perspective. You can create a policy against harassment you can’t force people to interact with other outside of a professional capacity.
Can't speak for others, of course. But for me, it's being harassed.

If women continuously complain that things that are not harassment are harassment, then they will get ignored
to be ignored by the company when she reports harassment at the work place...
Being ignored digs deeper, girls don't handle rejection well
Very easy answer, BEING IGNORED, it boils their blood.
I really don't care. The only thing that matters is one is acceptable and the other is not.
Being ignored, in fact several women have even threatened to kill me for rejecting them.
Pathetic, and look what they complain about all the time.
