Ladies, what's the difference between someone you dont like approaching you and being harassed?

If a guy you are not interested approaches you and hits on you, at what point do you consider it harassment (please be specific).

Easy: when I say "no, not interested." and they dont leave me alone. I mostly give them one opportunity if they have not heard me for some reason, but if they ignore the second time I consider it harassing. If they grope I stay with one and if they continue after I push them away, I try to involve someone else.

If a stranger comes up to me and grabs me and runs away that is harrassment (non consent). If a guy asks me out I decline and he walks away that's not harrassment. His attractivness has nothing to do with it. If a male model runs up to me and punch me in the face i wouldn't be happy about it either.

If I say no thank you or I'm not interested and the person doesn't stop then it's harassment. No means leave me alone
