Which state in Usa would you say doesn't have crazy cops?

Cops in NJ are better than they used to be by a lot. Nyc cops are cool as long as they don't think you're in a gang. But if you piss the wrong one off, you're gonna get the classic NYPD treatment lol.

Florida cops I hear are good but when I went to Miami they were some of the dirtiest motherfuckers I ever encountered.

I could say jobs of authority attract narcissists. So every police dept may have “crazy” cops.
