Every-time someone claims something is a "dog whistle" they are just telling you they are a conspiracy theorist nutcases with no critical thinking skills.

You have to know what something means and agree it means that for it to have any meaning at all.

Since nearly everyone doesn't know or agree with your given definition of whatever it is it can't therefore mean that to almost anyone.

An actual "dog whistle" is a device which creates a sound only dogs can hear, it doesn't communicate any spesfic message to said dogs but dogs can in fact hear it. This is the equivalent of flashing a yellow light.

Sure we can all see it but it doesn't mean anything, unless you previously agreed it means something. Since that clearly didn't happen your clearly not selling anything.
