I don't think some people understand the question. I'm not asking are some results better than other results. I am asking, when we dismiss results and their cause which is character, are there some who are superior than others in your book?

There are people with more kindness there are people that are smarter are more intelligent have more wisdom I don't think anybody's Superior than anybody just because we come to the table with a little bit more to offer it doesn't matter we're all at the same table so we should all teach each other treat each other the same... A dumb person would try to be superior than everybody else a smart person would teach their knowledge to others without blinking an eye


I like this question because it reminds me of trump he believes that he is more Superior than anybody and the way that I see it is he's probably the last one on the list because of all the other negatives that he brings with him

The reason that we are culturally striving, in the west at least, for equality is not because we are all equal, clearly there are a great many objective, measurable ways in which some are better than others, it is because nothing good (massive understatement) ever comes from thinking one is better than another.

The point is about what the Americans would call 'Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness'.

The very act of thinking that you should be treated differently to others because you are superior to them is a strong signal that infact yes you should be treated differently; you should be put into a prison or otherwise prevented from inflicting the harm that you ARE going to cause to society and the people in it with that line of thought.

Sadly this idea has not yet extended to economics so there are literally billions of people who are instantly shit canned and have no chance at all regardless of merit because they made the mistake of being born in the wrong place.

Depends on what you mean by superior. I mean I am not a professional athelte so in some ways atheltes are superior to me, but that does not mean they are better than me. I make a million dollars, does that make me superior to you someone that doesn't?

Well for taxes it seems to make me superior in the eyes of the government compared to someone on welfare, but that does that make me a good person?

Oh, my bad, yes if character is not a factor, then... yes, some people are just better at other things than others. So, if their being better or more skilled at something makes them superior in some areas then yes, some humans are superior then others at somethings and not others.

I am not a plumber; I do not work with my hands. I make good money sitting at a computer all day. I am divorced and I struggle with building strong lasting relationships with woman.

My friend is a plumber, a damn good one. He is married and he struggles finically. But every weekend him and his wife and child are going camping or hiking or kayaking and honestly to me I think he is the happiest man I have ever known.

So yes, either he is very luck, or he is superior to me in all the ways I am lacking. Which quit honestly he's has been my best freind for 30 years, and he is a better person then me. And yes, I gues it does speak to his character... so I guess I am struggling with that character part of the question.

No. We are all the same. We just come from different circumstances and backgrounds. No one is superior to anyone else and we are all unique.

However there are people who are more socially accepted by society than others.

Character is what defines us. Although everyone is born equal, it is the character that is ingrained, or not, into us that makes some better or superior to others.

Nope, that's not what I said... Your character is the combination of qualities or features that distinguishes you from a person, group, or thing. So for example an individual may be born with specific genetic advantages that make them taller than someone else or maybe have a higher IQ. Thus when it comes to specific tasks they will excel over the shorter person or person with lower IQ. That would make them superior for certain tasks... It doesn't mean they would be better at everything they do though.
