As superpowers I think Russia & China have run their race and failed before truly becoming superpowers.

If the US impedes them from having top of the line processors than they simply can't get there. We already see that Russia is only slightly more powerful than Ukraine but most likely less powerful. That isn't very super is it? Taiwan is most likely too powerful for China already. It's missiles can reach the Three Gorges dam and if they can blow it up there is a mutually assured destruction factor in place. But they could already make a mess of a Chinese Amarda across the straight.

That is as far as I disagree with you. I completely concur on India but I don't find them scary at all all. They are a cricketing nation and understand good sportsmanship.

Russia hasn't been a super power for a long time. China is not a super power at least not yet.

Superpower describes a state or supranational union that holds a dominant position characterized by the ability to exert influence or project power on a global scale. This is done through the combined means of economic, military, technological, political, and cultural strength as well as diplomatic and soft power influence.

None of that describes Russia or China. They are both regional powers.

The US has moved beyond a Super power and is now a hyper power.
