What's your perception of England in these modern distracted times?

for a brief time i sincerely respected British crown due to parliament choosing the heir and with a girlfriend who adored them, not just pretend, but after i broke up i changed my notion about a country that respects a royal family. as if god made the royal superior, that would explain the turn off from Christianity especially this decade, as england has a change in majority 59% christian many to no religion, as Christians less than half now, probably ridiculed that "christian church crowned royalty" that is same human as each of us.
