Can someone explain to me exactly how the Gadsden Flag is racist?

Last i checked, the flag was used as a warning to the Brits to not tread on the US's Freedoms and liberties, It has connections to the revolutionary war NOT Slavery. Wtf man. Im glad the school came to its senses.

Obviously the teacher was a moron. That's what you get with government schools. States are slowly adopting school choice. Private schools are the only way out of this. Government schools need to go the way of the phone booth and the dinosaur. They are absolutely worthless.

In my state it costs $18,000 per student, per year to attend a public school. If it were up to me, you would receive $18,000 for each kid you home school.

It warmed my soul when I found out that after Covid, when the schools started reopening in Seattle, kids refused to go back. This resulted in public schools being closed, and teachers out of work.
Awesome! It's slowly going to happen. All schools need to be private.

It's coming, but it's coming slowly. The department of education and the teacher's union are going to be tough to beat. I've talked about school choice on here, and liberals get very angry. They all ask who's going to pay for it. lol
The same people who've been paying for it for years. If all states offered school choice, the public schools would be empty.

Maybe, I think the public schools would get better. I got a much better public school education than my kids did. My kids would tell me about how they liked school. That is because they only did fun stuff. When i was a kid the teachers were too busy making your life a living hell to worry about having fun.

I have my own vision about how it all should work. Private and public schools should compete for government dollars.
Parents could interview schools/teachers, and see what school you like. If you want a school that allows Christmas trees, pick that school. If you want a school with woke teachers that display pride flags in the classroom, then pick that school. If you like a school that is geared toward STEM classes, then choose that. If you like a school that focuses on gender studies, then choose that school.

Also, my idea of a school could have as little as 3 students. You could teach in your home. If your school became popular, you could hire more teachers and find a bigger place for your school.

As I said, you could get $18,000 per kid in my state. I think it’s horrible for parents to have to homeschool for free. They deserve the same money the schools would get.

@stacey55666 It sucks that if a parent lives in a town with a failing school system they have to pay tuition for a private school if they want their kid to have a future that does not involve wearing a nametag and the town gets to keep that money they are not spending to educate that kid and maybe buy a new gay pride flag with it or something.

@stacey55666 As long as the teachers union is in the tank for the democrats it will never happen in my state. They want to eliminate standardized testing because they know that a lot of kids will not be able to pass it. The DOE wants to "re-imagine"Education with equity at it;s center. AKA they want to dumb down everything so even the stupidest and laziest kids will graduate.
