Its a tricky situation. Many are saying help is being given my sending weapon’s which isn't helping the situation in the long run. It is just adding more fuel to the fire. The longer Ukraine is in this war the harder it would be for them to recover and rebuild. Russia’s oil still plays a big part in Europe, not as much prior to the war but its still plays value even today. If Europe really wants to help they could find a common ground between the 2 but seeing how Europe was not the mediator when the war started i doubt finding a resolution would do much now. The only help they can give now is helping refugees. Other than that everything else is political

Europe helps the Ukraine but they their economies and defense mechanisms aren´t that big as the US is. They don´t have comparable ressources and they can´t give the Ukraine that much because that would destabilise their country´s defense.

They simply don´t have enough to give right away. Meaning they could promise the Ukraine more tanks but they would be around in 5 years or so because they have to first build new military campuses and there they have to build the tanks. That takes time.

The thing is in war, you want to annoy your enemy but you don't want to anger him cause if he gets angry he could throw an atomic or nuclear bomb at you. The nuclear bomb has prevented every country in this world from using their maximum power against others cause they know there is retaliation for going high pitch in war.

I mean, we are. Problem is we can't interfere directly and Ukraine dont want us to impose too much either since that undermines their own sovereignty. There has to be a balance where Ukraine gets enough help without the help becoming more of a problem than a benefit and considering Ukraine is currently winning id say we hit a good enough balance.

Maybe they afraid of NATO but if all Europe countries begin military help they can refuse to New world War. İf Europe join to the calls of zelenski it can become dangerous. İf Europe see important to peace they look at the middle east and another Muslim regions. When russia bombed cechenia and syria nobody see important it. Saving Ukraine and bringing them into NATO expands US influence over the region and improves global security. If the west rolls over and lets Putin have Ukraine, it only emboldens him to go further. He didn’t stop at Crimea did he? Stopping him here avoids a possible direct confrontation down the road. Yes, defense contractors will profit off this conflict, probably in a big way, but there is clear benefit to the US and its western allies here.
