I wouldn't recommend that one unless you enjoy prison food. The Sixteenth Amendment authorizes an income tax. It's quite clear that Congress had the right to impose it. Those who have challenged it have not fared well. Better approach is to defeat Democrats and change the tax laws.

I can give you 100 cases or more when federal courts right up the Supreme Court ruled otherwise. There are people who have followed this myth all the way to prison. When you are doing the difficult work of trying to defeat an ideology that has decimated generations of people throughout history -- socialism, communism -- you are not going to get everything right. And even these people don't. It is important to be able to separate the wheat from the chaff even if it coming from someone with whom you usually agree. And on this issue, those who claim that they do not have to pay taxes are incorrect. It isn't about communism, it is about the law. The proper way to address it isn't to end up in jail which you will do if you don't follow the law. It's to exercise your political rights to elect people who will change the law. I don't like the tax laws that are currently on the books. But I will abide by them as long as they are the law while doing all I can to try to have them changed. Never blindly follow anyone. That's how countries get in trouble. Do your own research.
