If I were in prison, I would do the following
-Work out
-Do Yoga
-Visit the chapel
-Find any jobs in fashion or helping the environment
-Do flag football or basketball or both
-Take any practical classes for my career that the prison might have

TBH growing up in the city I have seen it all which is why I pursued a law degree especially having friends who either are inmates or guards
