I could care less about his rights or living arrangements. But I care what the US does in my name. And Gitmo ain't a good thing to me. Its a sanctioned concentration camp.

It'll be messy; but both sides need to be able to present their case.
To argue that emotional outrage over his offenses all by its lonesome warrants total dismissal of due process is a very slippery slope.
We're already seeing it; with the continued brazen disregard for the rights of US citizens accused (many falsely!) of ambiguous "offenses" related to January 6th, in a since-disproven narrative that desperately persecutes the innocent anyway, in order to gaslight its way into being accepted as truth by a public expected not to have a memory of evidence to the contrary.
We're also seeing it with regard to lawyers who came forward with hard evidence that the vote was rigged in many states in 2020. With hard proof of criminality. Lawyers who see the cases they offer to present being thrown out without a single review of evidence. Who then get put on trial in an effort to have them disbarred, simply for wanting to present a case that the corrupt sitting in bad behavior on the bench (and therefore, illegitimate!) simply refuse to even look at.
In which, if retired judges who do respect law and order make a point that the accused has a right to present evidence to their defense, the presiding judge now tells the retired judge: "That defendant has no right to present evidence in this court!"
Largely the ENTIRE POINT of a trial, is for the accused to have a chance to present evidence in said accused's defense!
So what the presiding judge is saying, is that no evidence of election tampering in 2020 is ever to be allowed to see the light of day in a courtroom. And that the lawyer who tried to present it should be disbarred...without the right to a fair hearing! Because the presiding judge said so! And that, just because the judge's bribe money is coming from those butthurt at the thought that they might have gotten caught stealing elections, that therefore, the soon-to-be-disbarred lawyer can never be allowed anything more than a show trial!
It began with Bush convincing us that being mad at the 9/11 hijackers was decent grounds not to give them due process. But now, the NWO types are tightening the noose. Now, that power they've usurped is being used to argue that what they want, they get, and you have no rights at all! Especially not the right to disagree with their narratives!
If the 9/11 mastermind is to be given a fair trial in open court, he would have to be afforded due process and a defense attorney. Furthermore, the events of the 9/11 fall under the Intelligence Community via the PATRIOT act, because it is a matter of National Security. It is simply not in the interest of our representatives to try the 9/11 mastermind in open court, because A) it would potentially have to reveal state secrets and B) could effectively and unintentionally implicate itself in instigating the 9/11, if its hands aren't absolutely squeaky clean... and what are the odds of that?
It's practically common knowledge, at this point, that the United States' conduct over the last 100 years hasn't exactly been stellar, but I strongly doubt the populace is prepared to be made aware of the full magnitude of even a scant number of the potentially numerous atrocities and related war crimes committed by the greatest nation on Earth. Trying the 9/11 mastermind in open court, like any other criminal, could potentially open up Pandora's Box.
I wish I could upvote a response.
Bruh you'd need to jail so many American politicians and CIA folk if you really want justice for 9/11.
Americans, man. Y'all so eager to be manipulated by your gov't about your own history, you don't even know.
Should the "mastermind" be tried? Yeah of course. Is it going to be a fair and true trial? Nah. Does that really matter? Not to Americans.
Keep on with your terrorism and military complex fueled America World Police vibe, buddy. Good look.
u. s. has JURY SYSTEM to prevent the stuff you wrote, the country without is the risk
It's not about what people deserve... It's about what you believe in. I believe in love.
He should be treated like a human being and rehabilitated.
Not everyone deserves love I guess, espscially if he's someone who played a role in over 3000 deaths
You can pass out hugs to these guys all day long they'd still cut your head off when they're done with you.
@BoopBoopBeep I have cut zero heads off. For now.
@BoopBoopBeep Got to agree with that!

im on the side of yes, because what if they got the wrong guy? But if they know they got a dangerous guy with insufficient evidence, that explain why they aern't releasing...
my bigger concern is when is the new bumper crop of jihadi's going to mature and will we wake up rather than being woke, so we can possibly stop the next attempt.
He's probably innocent. Which is why they have illegally held him for so long without charge. Even the raid on Osama didn't give them enough evidence to link him to 9/11 or anything illegal.
In fact, Even Osama isn't linked to 9/11 and neither are the alleged "hijackers" - most of which have been proven not to be the men who they were alleged to be!
They were sort of hoping he would Epstein himself. but he's a tough bastard.
Gitmo can't be closed because there are too many dead bodies there. The US government can now hold anyone without charge and try them in secret courts without trial. They stopped looking terror suspects up because its more efficient, less risky to troops and more cost effective just to drop 1000llb bomb on their location.
Has anyone seem this guy lately? Probably die in his cell epstein style to stop him talking
We say in our country or rather culture, "if he is guilty then why is he not tried, and if he is innocent then why is he not freed". In plain words, if someone is in jail without trial, then he is probably innocent because if he were guilty they would have shown evidence and put him behind bars anyway. The judge is not his aunt.
That would mean respecting the rule of law. Very Un-American.
this is the type of trigger style called trolling. stick to the issue.
@strateguy632 If you're triggered, you're triggered. But I wasn't off topic. The central issue is whether the rule of law applies to everyone equally.
No offence but the man in the picture dowsnt look like a man that is a threat to the U. S Government. He looks like a homeless man from a third world country.
At best, I can see him in minimum wage jobs driving a truck, farming or whatever.
Summary execution. He's no declared enemy combatant. Don't like the laws, update Geneva. End of the day it's the same that I'd get if captured.
Saboteurs and spies don't have geneva conventions protection. Here is the lesser to both, and to be sure no straight "citizen".
Turned down a rotation there, so can't speak to what's going on there. My understanding is it's not Abu Ghraib or that prison the Canadians were running. I know KSM doesn't belong in either of them, just a bag in a landfill somewhere. I also know if I'd been captured nobody on the TB/ISIS side would have been there to represent me at a fair trial. I also know that if spies, pirates, and francs-tireurs are not afforded legal blanket protection from summary execution I've no problem adding foreign terrorists to the list.
Remember when Barry tried to close Gitmo and move the killers to Illinois? How did that work out? Did the hug-a-thug work out?
I would love to see him tried in an open court. But I’m sure the Federal Government would never do that as he would surely be a target and would be killed.
Not to mention, do you trust the justice department?
@ScisorsAndRaisins I trust the Justice Dept in this particular case
@ScisorsAndRaisins yeah, in general the government is run by lifelong public servants.
Let them stay where they are. If it goes to court some liberal judge will let them go. They really should get the death penalty.
Let him sit on death row.
Then execute him, “Death by a Thousand Cuts”.
When you're basically a financial Imperialist country feigning Democracy, on the verge of becoming Gilead, and you're run by elitist money, don't you need a sanctioned concentration camp?
Let these animals face the music and the death penalty FINALLY. Long overdue.
Only if found guilty. He or they get the death sentence! Doesn’t need to be quick and painless either.
open court means he gets a defense attorney who brings up all the torture he has gotten at Gitmo...
You haven't heard of the official secrets act, have you?
A, that isn't the guy and B, the courts are owned by the one responsible.
So what would be the point in doing either?
22 years- yeah- due process and timely delivery thereof. It will never happen.
We should also try Bush in open court, or throw him in gitmo as well.
For what?
@ScisorsAndRaisins for iraq
Can you elaborate?
@ScisorsAndRaisins because he did iraq war and stole their oil and ruined there economy which ruined innocent people and their kids.
Since you know that presidents can't declare war with the approval of congress, wouldn't you agree with me that Bush and everyone who voted for the war should be in prison?
@ScisorsAndRaisins sure , add as much as you want, even add UK prime minister.
Gitmo has enough space lol
Biden voted for the wars, so he should be in prison. Agree?
@ScisorsAndRaisins everyone should be there 🤣
@ScisorsAndRaisins usa government is full of criminals
And I'm sure your leaders in Russia are the same.
@ScisorsAndRaisins leader in UK, 🤣🤣
@ScisorsAndRaisins fyi , russia was not in that war
Why are you anon?
@ScisorsAndRaisins wanted to dodge American bullies 🤣
Should the prime minister of the UK also be in prison?
@ScisorsAndRaisins didn’t you read before?
@ScisorsAndRaisins I said yes.
I do know you are trying to redirect this to other countries.
Do as you want , think what you want.
But truth is truth.
Yeah, you're a troll.
@ScisorsAndRaisins ahh someone who calls America criminal is troll,
And who calls others criminal is angel.
@Avicenna check when was iraq currency gone down,
no one wants to read facts lol
Exactly. I served this country, and while I have nothing but love for the guys I served with, and people join for a dozen different reasons, I have ZERO illusions about what this nation's entire history was founded on, and what it's leadership continues to live by to this very day. They're as sick as Ted Bundy. Because that's who set that whole thing up-the U. S. government. They've been selling their own people out since Vietnam-because propaganda is what the Vietnamese used against us with brutal efficiency to divide us, and they saw how easily it worked.
I think the real originator died hitting the WTC.
Umm…no.
“ Atta and the other Hamburg cell members were recruited by bin Laden and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed for a "planes operation"

Yeah, sure. I'm just upset that the 5 million dollar prize money isn't in my bank account...
Simples...
You're dumber than I thought if you think that guy masterminded 9\11
stop doing personal attacks like this here. British websites censor personal attacks. stick to topic.
@strateguy632 this guy is a fan of personal attacks and this ain't merry olde England, pally
Fcking stab him till be die for God's sake
Why is he still alive?
That guy's not dead yet?
Good! Waterboard him some more!
Put him to death.
You without a doubt want him to get a trial in open court. Damn libtard
