Regardless of whether or not Andrew Tate is actually guilty of any of the crimes he is alleged to have to committed, he is already guilty in the court of public opinion. Being found guilty in a court of law these days is practically just a formality.
I think the biggest issue right now is that he might be found innocent, according to a court of law. I mean, everyone already "knows" he imprisonment is inevitable, because they've been told repeatedly that he is, by all of the media outlets. If he doesn't actually get sentenced or his sentence is not sufficiently "heavy enough" for the public's satisfaction, it will be like his crimes got commuted and that's basically political suicide. Look at the current state of our political system—how ravenous, uncivilized and polarized our discourse has become—and then tell me that Andrew Tate is "definitely not going to prison". He might be a lot of things—immature, boisterous and arrogant—but the man (sorry, lesbian woman, according to his own Twitter bio) is not stupid. The braying mob demands its pound of flesh and anything short of complete submission will not be tolerated.
You might “know” he is actually guilty or “know” he is innocent, but the reality of the situation is, it’s 2023. It’s [current year]. The facts do not matter.

They’re so hated. They’ll be found guilty.
if any government really cared about human trafficking, they would do something meaningful instead of prosecuting these guys for poking fun at that stupid Swedish, environmental puppet
I'm sure Romanian cops and prosecution are corrupt but they know exactly what happens in their jurisdiction. If someone want to shot another one down, Romanian state organs can work very effective and according to international laws. This clown is done because he moved out of the row to show what a cool gangster he is. Some boys never mature.
Given the amount of international interest it's doubtful they'd go to trial if they weren't confident of a guilty verdict.

While it's important to acknowledge that we cannot be entirely certain as Romania has not released any public information regarding the case, I find it unlikely that he will be found guilty, based on the statements he has made about the case. I recall him mentioning that the vote was tied, leading to the involvement of another person who ultimately placed him under house arrest. Andrew himself has repeatedly encouraged individuals to report any harm or wrongdoing of his to the police, which doesn't align with the behavior of someone who is guilty. Moreover, some past clips of him appeared harsh, but it's possible that they were taken out of context and can't be used as evidence against him.
In conclusion, although the rumors circulating in public are not definitive, it appears probable that he will be free.
He'll more than likely be found guilty. Not because he actually did anything but because he's going against society and they don't like any one that questions anything. Just do what society tells you to believe and never question anything. Be a part of the system
seriously, we are not judges and have not heard the details of Both sides , only what news media wants us to hear.
They will find a way to convict them regardless. If you don’t conform to the system, you’re going to be silenced, one way or another.
They're innocent. Doesn't mean they won't be found guilty on trumped up charges.
LOL. The misogynist pigs love Tate, so they declare him innocent without knowing anything. I'll wait to hear the evidence. These things don't make it to trial without a whole lot of it.
Guilty because it's a government setup, so don't expect a fair trial.
Hm, that depends how much Andrew Tate is gonna bribe the (supreme) courts provided the (supreme) courts want some Bugatti's in different colors or whatever.
The Tates are innocent but I have a feeling they will get railroaded like Ross Ulbricht. It might be a good time for them to charter a helicopter to take them to Dubai.
The evidence is flimsy but they need them to go down.
