Regardless of whether or not Andrew Tate is actually guilty of any of the crimes he is alleged to have to committed, he is already guilty in the court of public opinion. Being found guilty in a court of law these days is practically just a formality.

I think the biggest issue right now is that he might be found innocent, according to a court of law. I mean, everyone already "knows" he imprisonment is inevitable, because they've been told repeatedly that he is, by all of the media outlets. If he doesn't actually get sentenced or his sentence is not sufficiently "heavy enough" for the public's satisfaction, it will be like his crimes got commuted and that's basically political suicide. Look at the current state of our political system—how ravenous, uncivilized and polarized our discourse has become—and then tell me that Andrew Tate is "definitely not going to prison". He might be a lot of things—immature, boisterous and arrogant—but the man (sorry, lesbian woman, according to his own Twitter bio) is not stupid. The braying mob demands its pound of flesh and anything short of complete submission will not be tolerated.

You might “know” he is actually guilty or “know” he is innocent, but the reality of the situation is, it’s 2023. It’s [current year]. The facts do not matter.

Andrew Tate was managing several womens' OnlyFans accounts, which--as far as most of the public is concerned--is one step removed from just being a pimp, since OnlyFans is basically synonymous (despite it being a platform for hosting paid content of any number of things) with adult-oriented webcamming. The easy association between adult webcamming, sex work, and human trafficking, when managing an OnlyFans webcam modeling house, always came with the territory. It was a calculated risk, one Tate thought worth taking. He knew what he was doing.

The two biggest questions the jury has to gets answers for are A) "In spite of the association between OnlyFans and sexual exploitation, known to be a substantial problem for the prostitution industry, did Andrew Tate actually engage in malicious practices during the course of his business? Were you compelled to work for him by mandate or force, or was it completely voluntary and you could leave at any time?" and B) "How much less money were you making on OnlyFans by yourself vs after Mr. Tate became your manager?" Because the only reasons they were living with him was because he was providing some kind of enterprenurial energy--some business prowess that they simply lacked or didn't want to learn--and because he was housing them.

Onlyfans is porn, to be a fair porn is legal prostitution but its legal. Onlyfans is the ultimate porn industry creation at least for the owners. The girls get paid for the revenue the bring in and Onlyfans have no over heads for film crews, std checks, promotion or sales. At the end of the day pornstars are responsible for their own bad decisions, they choose to get into porn rather than get a 9-5 job, they are victims.

"OnlyFans is porn", it is KNOWN for porn, but I suppose that is a distinction without a difference and also mostly irrelevant to the topic at hand.

You are correct that OnlyFans is not exclusively a pornography-production house, so that it does not have any of the overhead associated with those companies. All of those expenses fall on the creator to provide themselves, which both lowers the barrier to entry but also means someone like Andrew Tate can make a killing, since he has the means to provide all of the cameras, equipment and sets which would be paid out-of-pocket.

Well, that's the main determinant of this entire situation now, isn't it? Did those women choose to work for Tate, or were they obligated by some unknown contract or force, to do so? The entire trial hinges on the idea that Tate was engaged in the human trafficking trade, in order to acquire more women for his webcam modeling business--which is, by definition, not voluntary. I think your point is that they brought this on themselves, when they decided to be sex workers instead of "regular workers" like everyone else. Sure, that might be true for the women who willingly work for Tate, but we don't know if that is true ALL of them women in his employ.

Although, this raises a serious question: do you believe that regular sex workers--not doing OnlyFans content creation and making even a small modicum of money, basically just getting by--are "asking for it"? Is your belief that sex work itself should be eliminated, because it invites crime and anyone who really ought to know better should avoid that line of work, and just be an office worker or something, or should specific exemptions be made for some "employees" of the field? Because it kind of seems like sex work is all or nothing: if you've ever done anything that could be considered "sex work", you're now pigeonholed into that reality. No one seems willing to hire a former prostitute (be it an OnlyFans model or otherwise) if they can hire literally anyone else who hasn't been in that industry.

If you got your evidence from court documentation, you would have seen the evidence, and would know the evidences credibility. Plus, I am not convinced that Romania allows it's court documents to be made public like in the USA, and you likely would need to read Romanian to read it anyways. They tried already. They waited right up until they were due to be released from house arrest to charge with the same thing they failed to get a conviction with before due to there being no evidence. They will hold them in jail another 6 months waiting trial, release them again under house arrest and start the whole process again. The law is subjective. Here in America we have fathers in jail for overpayment of child support and other fathers paying child support when they have 6 days custody.

While it's important to acknowledge that we cannot be entirely certain as Romania has not released any public information regarding the case, I find it unlikely that he will be found guilty, based on the statements he has made about the case. I recall him mentioning that the vote was tied, leading to the involvement of another person who ultimately placed him under house arrest. Andrew himself has repeatedly encouraged individuals to report any harm or wrongdoing of his to the police, which doesn't align with the behavior of someone who is guilty. Moreover, some past clips of him appeared harsh, but it's possible that they were taken out of context and can't be used as evidence against him.

In conclusion, although the rumors circulating in public are not definitive, it appears probable that he will be free.
