Do I put mirrors on the wall to make the area more inviting or motivational decals? No window so that’s a bit of an obstacle.

Trending & News It's more about making it a routine like an alarm clock waking up, brush your teeth, shower kinda thing. Find a 30 minute block where you HAVE to do it. After about 3 weeks It's now routine and there you can adjust to your performance goals slower by half of your instincts but still getting better.
When you wait for inspiration you get excited and go super hard and next day half as much, the next another half, take a day off still not enough and a week month passes by before another inspiration. It's rough but it's the only way to do it.
Three weeks and my period comes and I want sweets and to binge. Impulsive urges to cope with the dreadful pain
To state the unfortunate obvious: You need to change your eating habits/amounts. Unless you start a professional body building career, no training that you could do will really reduce your weight. At best it stays the same, at worst you run into the yo-yo-effect.
I’ve been yo yo for ten years. My skin is stretched to no return.
