I went from 145lbs to 260lbs, it’s been hard. how do I make my home work out environment appealing?

I have a spin bike, two kettle bells at 15lbs each, a yoga ball (exercise ball and a decent yoga Matt.
They’re in the corner of my living room, I don’t use them as I feel un inspired.

Do I put mirrors on the wall to make the area more inviting or motivational decals? No window so that’s a bit of an obstacle.
