im 5'4" and weigh 126 lbs (on a good day), and I'm trying to tone up without actually losing weight (just fat). I think I'm at a pretty decent weight, which I maintain by watching what I eat (but not starving!!) and exercise, but I still tend to store fat around my stomach. (I kinda feel like I'm always fighting genetics cause my family also store extra weight there.) I want to tone up the tummy without losing weight because I'm already skinny everywhere except there. Any suggestions on how to reduce abdominal fat? It's a little bit hard for me because I'm usually always at home or work, and there's no gyms near me.
whoa glad to know there's a gal who doesn't consider herself "fat" at this weight... actually there r many gals unfortunately who'd go "oh i'm fat" whilst beinmg yer height/weight ;)
anyway... if it's genetics as u say things would be more difficult unfortunately... and if there's no gym nearby... u can try doin abs xercises at home i guess... but dunno how much they'd help :|

Lift weighs and gain muscle. That will help your abs a lot, keep you from getting too. skinny, and increase your metabolism to make it easier to keep the weight off.
