What are some good and efficient at home workouts?

There's a 7 minute workout app for iPhone I don't know about android I imagine something similar. It's pretty good and only take 7 minutes (okay maybe 10 with setup, but still!).

I think if you did that once a day, it takes practically no time at all and is enough to keep you somewhat fit. The thing about a workout is you can be lazy and get next to nothing out of it. I see people at the gym who spend hours there doing next to nothing, less than I do in 30 minutes. They are just on their phones or doing some exercise that is so easy I wonder why they bother, not even sweating or having any difficulty, maybe they are there to waste time and say they deserve a cheeseburger? Point being, 7 minutes can either be enough or not depending on your effort. .
Pushups. For pushups, what I do, is 30 down to one. You start at 30 reps, then after, you do 29 reps, next set is 28, until you reach one. That adds up to I believe 465 pushups. Might want to start lower, at maybe 20 down, which I believe is 210.
Squats. Skipping, lunges, sit ups, planks, star jumps, push ups, mountain climbers, leg raises. Dumbells and kettle exercises are good too and don't require much space. There's always somebody looking to get rid of an exercise bike too.
Depends largely what you want to do, whether just tone up, build muscle or lose weight. A lot of girls I know do weighted squats and deadlifts to get a bigger butt.
I had a bit of fat around my middle but through planks, deadlifts, dumbell squats and various exercises was able to get the flat toned tummy. I also stopped eating bread, dairy and sugar. The bread was badly bloating me
I don't know what you are main focus is (like the whole body, abs, etc) but maybe check Chloe Ting and Pamela Reif? Chloe Ting has some good programmes. Pamela too (she also has an app, you can find recipes and workout plans there).
If you are looking for good stomach workout this one is amazing:

I do lots of yoga at home. It can be done with no equipment and gives a good workout. It is also a good way to relax the mind at the same time you work your body.
Now, even though there is really no equipment necessary, I do recommend a yoga mat. They are inexpensive and last a long time. I don't skimp on those because the better the mat, the more comfortable you will be in certain positions.
My oldest daughter is a Beachbody Coach. She got me involved with the Beachbody workout home version. I like them because I'm in my house. They're affordable. And they're within the time limit that I set for myself for my morning workout. It helps keep the bulges away.
Push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, planks (I hate those), getting on ur tippy-toes then down over and over again, lunges in place, jump lunges, squats, and abdominal crunches
I can not stress this enough make sure you stretch before and after working out, you'll regret it if you dont (I should know lol).

Diamond push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, sit against a wall like youβre sitting down and move a ball back and forth left to right
My top two is sex and climbing stairs in that order although sometimes I have to climb the stairs first.
