Regular :D
There are countless apps that offer exercises with spoken guides, counting, and whatever else is needed. Youtube is also full of ready-to-use exercises and full routines.
If you are experienced in exercising, just pick something, set up days and go.
If you just start, find something short that will be easy to add to your schedule without making many changes. As a lazy witch, I started with an easy tai-chi routine - 5 exercises - 10 minutes and did it daily for a month. It was good because the only thing I needed to do was open my laptop and slowly move for 10 minutes. Hard to find an excuse to avoid it :D
Later, I started to extend routines for additional tai-chi moves 2 days per week, then I switched tai-chi for something else on Wednesdays... that way, I have my own schedule, which, of course, I change constantly. I love to run but mostly when the weather is decent, so I align my whole schedule to the weather forecast :P
Start slowly to create a habit and then extend it also slowly.
There are enough tips on YouTube and insta about home training, with and without weights. Define your goal, check appropriate programs and get started.
Ok your trying to get some where with you live, that's a broad statement, where are you trying to get to, what is reasoning behind wanting to exercise, is it to stay in shape, get in shape, gain stamina, build strength, tone up, tone down, you must have a clear goal before starting a workout routine, you can start with exercise bike or treadmill and that should give you an idea of what you want to work at, but before starting any workout routine have a check up be sugar you able to without causing any damage or injuries, plus you doctor c can best tell you which vitamins will best side your on you journey, so step 1, make an appointment with you physician and go from there ok
It depends what your physical goals are. If you want workout ideas, I'd recommend checking out Athlean X on YouTube. Some of his stuff doesn't require expensive equipment.
Be consistent and don't exercise the same muscle two days in a row.

I would check out You Tube for various ideas,
getting simple weights and a decent gym mat, then space to do core exercises such as plank, squats. Joining a running club is also a good motivator to get some fitness levels. Actually in the house or just local, if local then running groups, swim groups would work out.
There are lots on info online. You just need some basic equipment like a set of adjustable dumbbells and a sturdy floor mat. The key is to workout consistently. Find a time of day that suits you and do it 3 or 4 or 5 times a week. Do not work the same body part on consecutive days. 30-60 minutes is a good amount of time. Workout at a brisk pace, trying to elevate your heart rate and boost your metablism.. work a high protein diet into your regimen.
There are a million hone workout videos on YouTube that only require some free space in your lounge to move around. Like

You could also go for a run outside when the weather is nice. Follow a couch to 5k program, if you search the app store for "couch to 5k" you'll find some food apps to help you get started with running.
Good luck and I hope it goes well for you!
Any cardio, go running but be safe. Do situps, planks, crunches, squats, dips, lunges, dancing is a great workout, pushups. Make sure You're eating healthy as well.
Yep. I mainly dance everyday for work so that keeps me in shape but I do eat healthy and workout.
I'm a dance instructor. Not what you're probably thinking lol
Haha thank you.
Well seeking advice is a great start, to answer your question though, any form of movement or resistance training that increases your heart rate will work. It could be as mundane as yoga or as basic as a wall sit
Well I dance and I do it by searching Just Dance videos on YouTube and following along with the avatar on screen
Push ups are my favorite. You get tired easily from it and that saves you a lot of time.
Walking is good, hiking better
find a good coach from youtube and start
Situps
