Right now I’m 127 and want to go back to 120 . I’m want to lose weight tummy , double chin and arms and inner thighs. And want to gain more ass and get muscles on my legs. I don't know where to start off. Should I have one day focus on lower back or cardio? I will be working out at home

First thing you need to do is ignore people that try to sabotage you. There are an unlimited number of people that would be furious about you improving yourself, and would drown a baby to stop it from happening.
To the point, find a good home fitness YouTube channel and follow it. Until you really understand fitness (or get a personal trainer) it's pointless to try for some complex workout routine that will barely make any difference in the beginning anyway. There are some good butt focused home workout stuff too. Just go easy and be consistent. Don't destroy your health and sanity over an aesthetic goal.

Definitely split your muscle groups up. Gives you more time to recover over the next few days when you are doing other muscle groups. A YouTube channel will typically have it separated our already. If they're doing full body workouts, you should aim for a different channel.
