A strange pattern at work. Most of the security team in Dominican, most of the cleaning crew is Colombian, and most of back of house cafe is Mexican?

This can't be a coincidence right? Why do you think they were hired in this manner? This is NYC working for one of the wealthiest people in the world. Only the security team is completely fluent in English.
