The average pay in the US for a full time worker is slightly over 1000 per week. So you can compare yourself to the average. Then adjust for age, occupation, education, location, etc. The average for someone with a bachelor's degree is about 1500-1600 per week for example. It depends a lot on where you live. In some places 1500-1600 is a fortune and will get you well into middle to upper middle class.

Nowadays, everyone makes 6 figures a year. The economy has been goosed up so much by incessant money printing due to the pandemic that salaries followed accordingly.

It also depends on geographic location. If you are in the northeast for example, at 37 years old, you should be making 120K per year at the absolute bare bones minimum.

200K per year is the new 100K. If you want to average that down to a week, around 3,800 per week.

You can get away with that if you live in a low cost of living area such as the midwest or the south. If you are on either one of the coasts, you're below the poverty line.
