There was profit incentive with feminism.

Why just have men as work force? Get the women in there too, double the amount of labour you can tap into and the amount of tax you can get

The nuclear family also is bad for real estate, now we have broken families across multiple residences instead of working under one household together, it's no secret that feminism worked to destroy the nuclear family

Ironically, feminists support importing men from countries where feminism is not so integrated with the local culture, maybe women secretly want to be oppressed or something and feminism is one great big shit test

Modern feminism can't thrive without capitalism. Only women privileged enough to live under captitalism have the luxury of playing the modern feminist victim game.

What is killing feminism is the fact that the movement already achieved all of it's valid and realistic goals a long time ago, so now it has to invent "issues" to perpetuate women's sense of victimhood and keep them angry at men in order to remain relavant. There are plenty of women, especially very young ones, who are naive enough to buy into it, but most see modern feminism for what it is today... a divisive, hate fueled cult of victimology.

I wouldn't say so, no. Capitalism is a big part of why Feminism even took off in the first place. People recognized they could make money off of it, as sad as that is.
