I thought what Canada did to the trucker was a real eye opener about the nature of the repressive state to our north.

Going after people's bank accounts for merely speaking?
For that matter their so called "human rights" laws are really just flimsy excuses to crush free speech and various human rights.
It seems Canadian parliamentary system lacks any real checks or balances and as such Canadian's lack any real rights. As such the more 'diverse' Canada gets ideologically speaking the more repressive it will get.

Unlike America who's system is designed to break down and decentralized with ever greater diversity. Indeed Canadian's at this point only really have one critical explicit right left the defend themselfs, the right to leave. Without this right I suspect Canada would already be a totalitarian state.
