I don't let people tell me what to think. I don't listen to con-men who tell me what is truth and what is "fake news". I have the ability to listen to and read lots of information from a variety of sources, discern well documented information from opinion, and formulate my own opinions. I can modify or change my opinions as more information becomes available.

I find myself in the minority in this regard. A majority of people believe that corporate media or only certain sources tell them all there is to know, and they form strong ideological beliefs based on what those sources tell them. They refuse to open mindedly search for all available information and use sense and logic to pursue truth.

Hard to say. I've a buddy who barely scraped through high school, never went to college, is completely ignorant about the outside world, never read a book but in the game of life consistently wins whether its with money, girls, fitness you name it. In high school I started observing how he got girls after seeing him hook up with the new teacher and two of the cheerleaders in the space of a month.

Anyway he's making good money driving a new Dodge charger and recently married a vet who looks like a supermodel and her father a very wealthy man paid for their wedding and bought them a house.

Somehow I managed to get three college degrees and I teach computer science.
