How do I deal with an annoying step-sister?

OK so I still live with my mom while I go to college so I can use my money for my son until I get a full-time job. Well my step-sister is here for the week. Well she's 11 and is always attached to my hip, tries to take care of my son like he's her baby, and never shuts up! Now I know she's young and maybe I should just deal with it, but lets just say I can deal with taking care of a 5 months old, 9 month old, 3 year old, and a 4 year old all at once better than I can deal with her (and I've actually done that before).

Does anyone have any advice on how I can just deal with her without being horribly mean and before I go completely insane?

You're talking about 1 WEEK? And You can't deal with it?

Your step sister must really love you otherwise she wouldn't be attached to your hip. You want to hurt hurt & turn her away from you? How else can you explain this to a 11 yr. old without hurting her?

For some reasons kids around that age & younger feel that they must help, teach & take care of younger kids.

I would look at it as that's a good problem to have.

It could be just the opposite & she could be a brat.

she is a brat she tried running away the last time she was here because she couldn't go outside because it was raining. Don't get me wrong I do enjoy spending some time with her, but she acts like she knows everything and that she's the boss. If she doesn't get her way all h*ll breaks loose.

Plus my step-dad aalready makes me feel like a sh*tty mom and says I take advantage of her and that I can't take care of him without someone helping me.

Him? Your step dad?

Can't he take care of himself?

Your working, have a kid, going to school etc.

Do you remember signing up to be his slave? Tell him your busy he can get up & get it or do it.

no my son but he's not working and all he does is play on his laptop so yea Itake care of him to and I don't have a job anymore I got fired because things were slow

she's just showing that she likes you and looks up to you. talk to her about boundaries
