There are a few reasons:

• Money (the younger the patients get started on transitioning with hormones and surgery, the longer you can treat them, because they will become lifelong patients—refills on hormone medications, surgical complications, therapy visits etc. The earlier the better for the medical industry.
• Lobbying (this goes back to the money)
• Degeneracy (sexualizing children and allowing them agency to “pick” them r gender opens up the door to...
• Kiddie Diddling (because if kids have agency and can legally consent and decide their gender, and consent to surgery and hormones and procedures.. then why shouldn’t they also be able to decide that they want to have sex also? I mean you’ve given them all the other decision making abilities we legally reserve fr adults, so why shouldn’t they also be able to consent to sex? With whomever they want?
• Destruction of the Family (by disrupting gender and allowing it to be chosen, traditional gender roles become irrelevant. This breaks down the family—the most basic fundamental unit of social cohesion. This destruction is exacerbated by children’s decision making ability to legally consent and transition—without parental constraints. This puts the child on the same level of the parent. Inverting the relationship.
• It’s all just to break down the family, and to sexualize children at a young age, because that way they can be groomed. You were old enough to transition. You consented to that. Who cares if you’re only 12. You’re an adult. That person trying to sleep with you totally isn’t a skeezy nonce. And they definitely aren’t trying to take advantage of you sexually. Detransitioning can be defined as many things. Sometimes people regret surgery yes, but many still consider themselves transgender, the surgery just wasn't the right choice for them. That's what happens when people jump the gun too quickly. Its why it's important to have tonnes of resources for Trans kids and adults to access so they can learn about the pros and the cons. It's also important that they see many different doctors and psychologists before they are even considered for surgical procedures. Surgery is a last resort. The fact I have 2 trans friends who are adults and have had to wait years to get gender reassignment surgery goes to show you how difficult it actually is to get them. There is actually so many assessments you have to go through and bottom surgery for Trans men at least is many many different procedures and even more if you want to keep your eggs.

It is NOT as black and white or simple as the media is portraying it to be. Nobody is coming for your children. It's just propaganda to make you afraid and ignore the actual threat to children.

I have the utmost respect for these people. Doctors and nurses go out into the jungle and operate on kids who really need it. They just donate their time once per year.

I don't know what country you are in but people from countries with "free" healthcare are flooding America all the time to escape their healthcare systems. Canada, for example has "free" healthcare. But if you have a serious issue you can end up waiting months to see a specialist and even longer to get a critical treatment such as surgery. You could be dead by the time you see one.

There is a thriving business in America on the Canadian border of hotels and hospitals who are taking in Canadians who come to America to save their lives and escape their socialist healthcare system.

And Canada isn't the only country. People from all over the world who have socialist healthcare systems come to America when they need the best care and can't get it where they are from.

Some years ago, the Prime Minister of Canada secretly flew to America in the middle of the night to get surgery instead of having it done in his own country through his own government run socialist healthcare system. He tried to hide it but it was exposed. And leaders of these countries from all over the world with these so called "free" healthcare systems do the same thing when they need care they cannot get in their own countries.
