No, Rome had a hundred years of peace. I don't think America has ever had a hundred days.

Rome was also a rather progressive empire. They were the first to implement social services, which was pretty crazy for the time. America is rather stagnated and conservative in comparison.

America dreams of being Rome, but truthfully, noone has ever reached those same heights. Probably never will.
