Cis means basically not trans. Trans people are mentally ill and have a condition called Gender dysphoria.

If somebody called you cis they are basically saying you are normal and not mentally ill.
It’s abnormal for a person born in a male body to think he is a girl and vice versa

Also I do dislike the word cis-woman and cis-man as well. I rather just be called just a girl or woman.

Based on my life experience though people just use the word “cis” online.

I actually have never heard anybody in my real life use the words cis man or cis woman to describe themself or another
