Frankly the idea that you can arbitrary declare something to be an "insurrection" and people who were not involved as involved to avoid having to run against them really just underscores one of the more serous dangerous of the irresponsible nature of 14th amendment.
There is a reason this amendment was never legitimately ratified. The people at the time knew it wreak-less language written by morons soon to be thrown out of office would lend itself to abuse. By power hungry and corrupt politicians.

@BuckCannon TBH I'm not real impressed with any of the choices. Of the last 5 presidents, I liked Clinton (Bill, not Hil; big difference), then Obama, best. I didn't like some of Obama's policies but I did like that he seemed a rational, thoughtful person, attributes I don't think anyone ascribes to Trump. Yes, I know neither of them is or can be candidates for 2024 but it is hard to think of a current Democrat that I am particularly fond of. Not sure I would trust Newsom as my views on things like border security and immigration tend to diverge with his.
As far as GOP candidates, in watching the GOP debate the other night (which was about 3 miles from my home) I thought Haley and Christie sounded best, and maybe Tim Scott if he wasn't advocating abortion bans.

Anyway, you started off by complaining about terrorists. Drug dealers are not terrorists, they're just drug dealers. There is a major difference. I have yet to see anybody coming across the border toting automatic weapons for explosives. The border is actually a fairly calm place. Nothing like you might imagine.

Because I live in an apartment, I get about 4-5 ballots every year. And if you wanted to dumpster dive, you could probably get hundreds of them. It's a horrible system, but I live in a mostly blue state, so that's how we roll. Standing in line to votes sucks shit, and mail-in ballots are a joke.
