But you should still be safe, so maybe you could get a restraining order, something that doesn't allow him within 500 feet or something like that? Then it becomes an issue for the cops because they will have to keep moving him, so they'll eventually figure out how to keep him out of your vicinity, so they don't have to keep coming out for the same thing.

For mental health, if there is any proof a person is dangerous to themselves or others, they can be put on a 5150 hold and kept in an institution.
