I am SHOCKED, genuinely SHOCKED by the level of support being expressed on social media for Hamas, from who I thought were moderate Muslims. How can anyone justify killing, torturing and humiliating innocent civilians, especially women and children, some of whom were just tourists on holiday.

I'm most surprised by the Syrians who had their own country destroyed by radical Islam. This just proves that when it comes down to religion, a Muslim will support another Muslim no matter what.

The sad part is, that Hamas would murder these women in a heartbeat!

We've also immigrated a lot of "interesting" perspectives from the Muslim world over the last few decades courtesy Mr. Clinton and Mr. Obama and Mr. Biden at minimum. Such viewpoints as the muslim brotherhood, were behind Hamas and prevelent in USA influencing.

All of these issues are simply perspective... what is good or evil. You are shocked some people will support murdering women, children and men for their cause? What is causing that lack of understanding? Yes they will.

Hamas is unquestionably the villain and always have been. They don't give a flying f*ck about taking care of even their own and are little more than a militant political party and death cult. If they weren't holding the entirety of Gaza hostage with the food and relief supplies imported from Israel and the western countries, nobody over there would support them (they'd probably support some watered down faction of some other similar thugocracy like the PA). The USSR has on its side the Warsaw Pact nations, and that was it. Even China turned into an enemy during the 1960's.
The people of the USSR just wanted to be left alone. They didn't want a war, if only because they experienced it first hand like no one else did during World War 2, when the Germans invaded.
