Probably women. What do guys do when they have a midlife crisis? Buy that sports car they always wanted, pop viagra like smarties, lose weight, workout, date younger women, dress better.

Women's mid life crisis usually coincides with menopause. Not every woman is like this but we vainly take getting older a lot harder, we hate on younger prettier women and generally act crazy and abusive. I've seen this toxic crazy behaviour a few times from older women in their 40s basically jealous at younger women who are happily married with Kids and still getting male attention.

It’s not that easy anymore riches then one day my wife decides she wants a divorce she can take the house the money the kids and make me pay child support plus Men are getting falsely accused of rape everywhere Andrew Tate is an example and russel brand yeah that’s why I think men are going through more of a mid life crisis

@GoodinbedJeff well sounds like she had the mid life crisis not you. Mid life crisis is more related to men entering middle age 40-50, what you describe could happen at any age.

I think women. We go get a 22-year-old piece of eye candy or a sports car or something, for the most part it isn't all that sorrowful of an experience for us. When women hit the wall it tends to lead to some real depressive instances. I've never seen a woman cope by getting a sports car. I don't know what that equivalent is. I do know they will go for a fling with a younger guy, but they still seem to take it poorly if it doesn't materialize into something substantial.

I think men and woman hit it in different ways. So, it hits just as hard regardless of sex... but with woman and menopause I think it hits woman harder. Like for men it's all mental, woman its mental and biological.

Well I would probably say men right now as we can be so easily taken advantage of and hurt it’s why marriages aren’t strong right now and example is If I work 14 years in a prestigious law firm company it’s very easy for my wife just to decide that she wants to divorce then she can take the kids the house the money just like that I don’t think it’s fair to men right now. Men are getting falsely accused of rape I mean look at Andrew Tate and Russell Brand, getting falsely accused of rape

Midlife crisis for me is awesome! Bought all the toys I always wanted and enjoying life more then I ever have

I don't think its a gender thing, just depends person to person, some people crash and burn others just enjoy their life.

Dudes are balding starting 15 and have a permanent beer gut by 23 unless they worked their ass out since teenage years. If women have a wall you guys got the entire China walls.

I think it doesn't depend of gender but more on how the younger years were lived. People who lived a balanced life with lots of experiences and fewer regrets are less likely to freak out at 50 or whatever is the age

@Randogirl491 a man can effectively compensate for his declining looks by having other things like status, money, and charisma. A woman cannot do this; if she is old or ugly men won't give a damn about her money, status, or personality.
