If a family member assaulted you and you pressed charges but your other family members are wanting to drop the charges would you drop them?

They assaulted me! I have the black eye and the bruises and marks on my body. Despite getting assaulted I have other family members telling me to drop the charges.

No legal expenses as it free lawyers. They were arrested and charged with the assault the same day the assault happened. I had to call the emergency number so the police got here pretty quick.

This is mine and my baby's home, I have no where else to go. If they get away with what they have done. They will continue to show up here and the attacks will continue. I have messages from one of them threatening me while i was pregnant and after I had my baby. They were told to stay away and they just showed up here

Cause those who assaulted me have put them forward to help their case and those people don't want to be dragged into or do they want to go to court but they are blaming me. I told them I wasn't dropping the charges and it has caused nothing but drama.

It's not my fault they got dragged into, it's those who assaulted me who dragged them into things but I'm getting the blame

For months they had made threats towards me including while I was pregnant all because I snapped and lashed out after the hurt they inflicted on me while I was pregnant, when I was giving birth and in the days following my baby birth. They have accused me of things I haven't done and they have no evidence to back up many of the accusations they have made against me. I lashed out through messages and emails. Never once made threats to physically harm anyone unlike they did. I pay the rent here, they do not live here and they were told to stay away and I got told they were going to come weather I liked it or not because i wasn't there mother.

Yes I sent messages to them but they had also sent me messages. However for months I have remained silent, haven't sent a single message and they are accusing me of still messaging them even when they have zero evidence to back up their claims

One of them went and told people i have genitial herpes when my blood test cleared me of std antibodies. They were the ones who came to my home without anyone having given them permission to be here. One of them even kicked the door before they both assaulted me. If I don't go through with this, they will keep showing up to the house and

I don't want to but I have everyone against me. Dad in particular is pissed because one of those who assaulted me has dragged him into things and he has to go to court and he doesn't want to go so he is blaming me for him having to go to court even though I didn't drag him into anything

I live with him. I also have my baby here with me full time, because I was helping to keep the roof over his head as he couldn't afford to pay rent or bills on the little money he gets from the government. The rent here is also the cheapest compared to the rental properties out there where rent is between $450 and $700 a week

since he has been pushing for me to drop the charges, he got pissed at me and I responded by completely ignoring him and its pissing him off when he tries to talk to me and I won't respond.
