Thoughts on Democrat Dean Phillips running against Biden?

Representative Dean Phillips of Minnesota has anounced he would run against Biden in Democratic primaries for president.

He represents Minnesota's 3rd Congressional District that covers western suburbs of Minneapolis.

I'm surprised there aren't more democrats running against him.

Because he's the incumbant. The last incumbant who list primary was in XIX century from what I remember.

Anyone can beat Biden at this point, because he doesn't have the ability to talk, let alone debate. I bet there will be at least 25 candidates going up against sleepy Joe, and one of them will be Hillary. And they will all tear him to shreds.

Democratic states are actually losing population and votes in electoral College, while republican states are gaining them. Just California is expected to lose 5 seats in 2030 reappointment.

I just have to laugh at people on this site and others that say there was no election interference. How would they know?
